Just watched the season finale of Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles tonight. They had one of those cliffhangers …

(There’s a spoiler below, so read on only if you’ve seen it already.)

Until the show returns (if it returns), we’re all supposed to be wondering: Did Cameron, the cyborg protector of the Connors, make it through the explosion? The character herself would immediately say, “Yes. She’s a cyborg. If nothing else, they’d find her chip and regrow her from that.” I suspect most viewers did too. Putting a cyborg in the path of an explosion has to be the least suspenseful thing they could have done to end a season.
