The fledging CW network announced their fall lineup today, beating their peers to the punch by three weeks with a September 1 start date. New series include the reboot of 90210; Surviving the Filthy Rich, the small screen adaptation of the “How to Teach Filthy Rich Girls” book series, their next hope of catching lightning in a bottle; and Tyra Banks reality series Stylista, which follows the trials and tribulations inside the world of Elle magazine. Reaper has been given a 13-episode pickup for mid-season. Gone are the WWE, Aliens in America, and Back to You.

o.k CW, When you u too over WB and cancell just about every good show u had with high ratings, buffy, angel, Reba ect… I said o.k They must be on Crackweed that is what CW stands for. Now I have just recently read CW is not doin good with viewership. This is what you need, More supernatural shows and more superheros shows, trust me your viewership wil sky rocket
C.W you need to bring back more shows with execllent writing like, Gilmore GIrls, Everwood, When you were WB this netwrk was exploding, I realize money talks, but if you had more good shows with good writing and good story lines you would have more money
Enough with the reality show, really enough, The problem is that networks have run out of ideas for original shows, so they go for the reality shows, THEY SUCK enough already lets get back to good comedy sitcoms, and good dramas, Do it CW do it CW here our call
This line up rocks. I am so excited to see new episodes of Gossip Girl, One Tree Hill and the new 90210!!!!
I heard somewhere that you are bring back some of the show like gilmore girls…. I am guessing you aren’t anymore…. thats a bad call on you guys… The only show I love is one tree hill. you guys canceled all the good shows like the whole friday line up whitch now it sucks….What I like about you, everwood, reba, and all the other ones…. since you guys took over you made all bad shows I think.
I am beginning to believe that the CW is racist. Every year one of the black shows take a hit now there’s only 2 left and thats the newer ones….Eve, One on One, All of Us, and now Girlfriends all ended on cliffhangers. All of these shows could have at least been given a final season to give closure to the characters….Gilmore Girls and 7th Heaven wasn’t dropped without a proper SERIES finale. If they couldnt fit that many shows in their fall lineup they could join in the trend of many other stations and have shows that air in the summer when everyone else is pklaying reruns. This would help them pick up ratings and appease their fan base.
I agree that the CW may be a little racist. They aren’t any shows on any other network with an all black cast. Although Girfriends wasn’t all that good once Toni Childs left the show but they still could’ve let them finish out the season. I think the SAG or someone should make ot a point to have atleast 1 show on every network with an all black cast. And not some dumb ass show with black folks acting like idiots and making fools of themselves as TV often times does.
I think this cycle continues to show that minority viewership is not valued. The more people talk abou thow far we have come the further we go back. It’s showing up in the viewing of television. Hollywood still refuses to acknowlege the power and the value of minorities on television and film. It’s a sad day every day. Remember it is not just the CW network. Checkout the major network stations.
We need more smackdown! Where is Smackdown on your line up!
seriously what the hell happened 2 all of us and reaper
@ Andrew M: Smackdown! moved to MyNetworkTV. SD!’s departure will be the death knell of the network.

CW’s lineup sucks. There’s too much sameness in these shows. Most of these about teens/twenty-somethings with way too much money on their hands. Smallville is *way* past its prime.
Supernatural and EHC are the only shows with any potential, and EHC has been put on the Time Slot of Death: Friday.
