In the final episode of 24 Tony Almeida will pull back his "mission impossible" latex mask (hence, Jon Voight tie-in this season) only to reveal his true identity: Nina Myers !!!

I know this response is late, but what the heck.

Tony Almeida stars in Slumdude Terrorist.

Tony is an ex-CTU agent resurrected from the dead because some idiot missed the artery & now is a few steps away from giving a canister filled with deadly stinky bioweapons to a super-secret evil organization. How did he do it?

a.) He cheated. (Well, duh, he's evil.)

b.) He's lucky. (Tony just conveniently happened to be in the right helicopter that was trailing his new henceman "buddy" & FBI Boss Moss conveniently unlocked his handcuffs so he could kill him & help his hencebuddy escape with the canister.

c.) He's a genius. (Tony, with the help of his new evil group, did REALLY CALCULATE ALL THE VARIABLES, INTANGIBLES, & LAST SECOND CHANGES that would happen that day. CIP Device, check. Dubaku, check. Juma & his men invading the White house, check. Bill sacrificing himself to save the White House, check. FBI people not trusting Jack & making stupid decisions, check. Jack going rogue, check. Jack getting infected with the bioweapon, check. Tony being captured by Starkwood, check. Hodges going crazy & threatening to use the bioweapons against the USA, check. Destroying said bioweapons, so that hencebuddy could escape with the canister during the confusion, check. Tony being in the right helicopter, check. etc., etc.

d.) It is his destiny to get that canister (& then get killed by Jack at the end of this season so he finally gets the silent clock).

e.) THE REAL REASON: The writers clearly ran out of ideas & still had 6 more hours to fill so they got lazy & came up with this "shocking twist" that completely contradicts Tony's character.
