Fans who have been eagerly awaiting the DVD release of the original Banana Splits Adventure Hour series are about to get a surprise. Beginning Sept 2, 2008, Cartoon Network and Boomerang will debut all-new shorts with Fleagle, Bingo, Drooper, and Snorky. This is phase one of a multi-platform release, meaning that the much anticipated DVD will soon follow. We’ll have exclusive sneak peeks at the shorts later this week.
