Like many folks my age, early ’90s Nickelodeon was a keystone of childhood. I grew up watching incredibly strange cartoons like Rocko’s Modern Life and Ren and Stimpy; more importantly, though, I grew up with a golden era of children’s game shows. My peers simply tear up with a sense of nostalgia for shows like Legends of the Hidden Temple, Get the Picture and, of course, GUTS.
